Kistefos Café – with a focus on locally sourced ingredients

Located in our historic courtyard in the middle of the sculpture park, Kistefos Kafé, run by our good friends at Kunstpause, offers a place to enjoy a meal indoors or outdoors, surrounded by art and industrial heritage buildings. The café serves both hot and cold dishes, emphasizing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu also features dishes featuring local elk meat from Kistefos Vilt. If you visited us on our opening day, you’ll likely recognize the taste of the sausages from Kistefos Vilt—these are also available for purchase in the museum shop.
