Welcome to the season opening at Kistefos!
We’re kicking off the 2025 season with two new exhibitions by Christina Quarles and Kathleen Ryan, and the unveiling of this year’s new sculpture by Nairy Baghramian.

Programme:
10:45 – Exhibition openings in Nybruket Gallery and the Pulp Mill: Kathleen Ryan
11:20 – Unveiling of this year’s sculpture: Nairy Baghramian, Resting Arms
11:30 – Official season opening outside The Twist
12:00 – Opening of this year’s exhibition in The Twist: Christina Quarles
As per tradition, we’ll be serving complimentary sausages from Kistefos Viltkjøtt and prosecco.
The Sculpture Park, the Industrial Museum, the café, and the museum shop open at 11:00. The Twist opens at 12:00.
Tickets can be pre-booked via the link below or purchased at the entrances. Kistefos is a spacious site – everyone will get in.
Residents of Jevnaker, Lunner, Nittedal, and Gran enjoy free admission courtesy of the Sparebankstiftelsen. Please present your name and address upon entry.
